Your satisfaction and repeat business is our #1 priority. If you wish to exchange any item please advise us within 14 days of receipt. Items must not have been used or damaged in anyway. You will be responsible for the cost of return postage unless the original item was shipped in error or was damaged/defective upon arrival. We will offer refunds if an item is not satisfactory but the cost of personalized tags will not be refunded and will be deducted from your return amount.
We build products to satisfy you and your pet and we strongly believe what we sell should last a good long while. We want you to be happy so if your item fails to exceed your expectation please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We're proud to offer free shipping on all of our orders over $75 and a flat $7 shipping cost for all orders under $75. We often run free shipping specials so keep checking back for promotions and sales
How to exchange an item
Please re-package your item carefully, and in the same box if possible, so that it returns to us undamaged. You will be responsible for the package until we receive it so please make sure your item is insured and/or able to be traced. We recommend using an insured postage/courier method as we can not accept responsibility for items not shipped by ourselves.
